Terms of Service

Welcome to Corino AI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and Corino AI ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of our websites, applications, APIs, models, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

1. Eligibility and Authority

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18 (or the age of legal majority where you live), you may only use the Services with the explicit permission of your parent or legal guardian. If you use the Services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Accounts and Security

You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated. You are responsible for all activities under your account, including the use of your API keys. You must keep your credentials confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breaches.

3. Your Content and AI Outputs

You may submit prompts, files, and other materials ("Inputs"). The Services may generate responses based on your Inputs ("Outputs"). Inputs and Outputs together form "User Content."

Ownership: As between you and Corino AI, to the extent permitted by law, you retain all rights in your Inputs, and you own your Outputs. We assign to you any right, title, or interest we may have in your Outputs.

License: You grant us a worldwide, limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and use User Content solely as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the Services.

4. Training on Your Content

We respect your privacy and data. Unless you expressly opt in or have a separate written agreement with us, we do not use your Inputs or Outputs to train our foundation models or any third-party providers' publicly available models.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Violate any law, regulation, or third-party rights.
  • Generate or distribute malware, explicit content, or facilitate harmful activities.
  • Bypass safety controls, rate limits, or usage restrictions.
  • Reverse engineer the models or use Outputs to build or train a competing foundation model.

6. Reports and Moderation

We may review reported content, prompts, Outputs, and related account activity to enforce these Terms, prevent abuse, improve safety, and comply with legal obligations.

7. Output Reliability and Disclaimers

The Services use probabilistic machine-learning models. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or offensive. You must independently review Outputs for accuracy before relying on them. You must not use the Services as the sole basis for decisions affecting legal rights, health, safety, or finances.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CORINO AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Fees and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees and applicable taxes. We may change pricing by providing advance notice.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if we suspect a violation of these Terms, our policies, or for legal or security risks.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

13. General Terms

These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy form the entire agreement between us regarding the Services. We may update these Terms by posting the revised version and notifying you. Continued use implies acceptance.
