Terms of Service

Welcome to CorinoAI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and CorinoAI ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of our websites, applications, AI tools, image generation features, file tools, search features, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, using the Services, or generating any text, image, file, or other output, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Usage Limits & Fair Use Policy.

1. Eligibility and Authority

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, or under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the Services only with permission and supervision from your parent or legal guardian. If you use the Services on behalf of a company, school, team, or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Some third-party model providers may impose higher age, regional, business-use, or paid-service requirements. Your access to certain features may depend on those provider requirements and our ability to lawfully offer the feature in your region.

2. Accounts and Security

You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your password and credentials confidential. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse.

3. Your Content and AI Outputs

You may submit prompts, text, files, images, screenshots, instructions, and other materials ("Inputs"). The Services may generate text, images, code, files, summaries, search-assisted answers, or other materials ("Outputs"). Inputs and Outputs together are "User Content."

Ownership: As between you and CorinoAI, you retain your rights in Inputs, and to the extent permitted by law, you own Outputs generated for you. We assign to you any right, title, or interest we may have in Outputs.

Your responsibility: You are responsible for your Inputs, your instructions, your use of Outputs, and anything you publish, share, sell, or otherwise do with Outputs. You must make sure you have all rights, permissions, consents, releases, and lawful bases required for your Inputs and intended use of Outputs.

License to operate the Services: You grant us a worldwide, limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, display, and use User Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, troubleshoot, enforce, and improve the Services, and as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Images, Likeness, Public Figures, and Synthetic Media

The Services may include AI image generation or editing features. Like other generative AI systems, these features may produce images that resemble real people, public figures, private individuals, celebrities, brands, places, artistic styles, or copyrighted material, depending on your prompt, uploaded references, model behavior, and provider capabilities.

CorinoAI does not grant you any right to use another person's name, image, face, likeness, voice, identity, privacy rights, publicity rights, trademarks, copyrighted works, or other third-party rights. If you ask the Services to create or edit an image of a real person, or an image that could reasonably be understood as a real person, you are solely responsible for ensuring that the request and your use of the result are lawful, non-deceptive, and properly authorized where required.

You must not use the Services to create, edit, publish, or distribute synthetic media that:

  • Impersonates any person, living or dead, in a deceptive, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, exploitative, or misleading way.
  • Creates or facilitates non-consensual intimate imagery, sexualized imagery of a real person without consent, or any sexual content involving minors.
  • Falsely suggests endorsement, sponsorship, political support, professional advice, criminal conduct, or real-world events involving a person or organization.
  • Violates privacy, publicity, intellectual property, consumer protection, election, advertising, platform, or other applicable laws.
  • Removes, hides, or misrepresents AI-generated provenance, watermarks, labels, or required disclosures where doing so would be unlawful or deceptive.

Where required by law, platform rules, or reasonable context, you must clearly disclose that content is AI-generated or AI-edited. CorinoAI may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or report activity if we believe User Content or use of Outputs creates legal, safety, abuse, or reputational risk.

5. AI Provider Services and Safety Systems

CorinoAI uses third-party AI providers and infrastructure, including Google Gemini and related Google AI or Vertex AI services, to power some features. Those providers may apply their own terms, safety systems, filters, rate limits, content policies, logging, abuse monitoring, and regional availability rules.

Safety systems are not perfect. They may block lawful content, allow content you find objectionable, or produce unexpected results. You must not attempt to bypass safety filters, abuse protections, rate limits, or technical restrictions. You are responsible for reviewing Outputs before relying on, publishing, or sharing them.

6. Training and Product Improvement

We do not use your private User Content to train CorinoAI foundation models unless you expressly opt in or we have a separate written agreement with you.

When we use third-party AI providers, your User Content may be processed by those providers under their terms and data processing practices. Where we use paid API or cloud services, we configure and use provider services intended for application developers and business use, and we rely on provider commitments that limit use of prompts and responses for product improvement where applicable. We cannot control every independent legal obligation, security review, abuse-monitoring process, or temporary retention practice of those providers.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Violate any law, regulation, court order, contract, platform rule, or third-party right.
  • Create or distribute malware, phishing, spam, credential theft, exploit code, or instructions for cyber abuse.
  • Generate or distribute child sexual abuse material, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, or sexualized images of real people without proper consent.
  • Harass, bully, defame, threaten, dox, exploit, or intimidate any person or protected group.
  • Facilitate self-harm, terrorism, violent extremism, weapons misuse, illegal drugs, fraud, scams, or other illegal or dangerous activities.
  • Impersonate a person or organization, misrepresent the source or authenticity of AI-generated content, or deceive people about whether content is real.
  • Make automated high-impact decisions in legal, medical, financial, employment, housing, insurance, education, or similar sensitive areas without appropriate human review and lawful authority.
  • Reverse engineer, extract, scrape, overload, bypass, resell, or misuse the Services, models, safety systems, or provider outputs.
  • Use Outputs to build, train, or improve a competing foundation model or model service without our written permission.

8. Reports, Review, and Moderation

We may review reported content, prompts, Outputs, uploaded files, image generations, account activity, usage logs, and related metadata to enforce these Terms, investigate abuse, provide support, improve safety, protect users and third parties, and comply with law. We may remove content, refuse generation requests, limit accounts, suspend access, terminate accounts, or preserve and disclose information when we believe it is reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or protection of rights.

9. Output Reliability and Disclaimers

The Services use probabilistic machine-learning systems. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, misleading, offensive, infringing, unsafe, or unsuitable for your use. Similar or identical Outputs may be generated for other users. We do not guarantee that Outputs are unique, protectable, lawful to use, commercially usable, free of third-party rights, or factually correct.

You must independently review Outputs before relying on them. Do not use the Services as the sole basis for decisions affecting legal rights, health, safety, finances, employment, education, housing, insurance, or other high-impact areas.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT.

10. Fees, Billing, and Usage Limits

Paid plans are billed in advance and may renew automatically unless canceled. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your payment method for fees, taxes, and applicable charges. Usage limits, model access, image generation limits, search limits, file limits, and feature availability may vary by plan and may change to protect service reliability, comply with provider restrictions, or prevent abuse.

We may change prices or plan features by giving reasonable notice where required. If a feature is blocked, rate-limited, unavailable, or changed due to provider limits, safety requirements, legal risk, or abuse prevention, that does not automatically entitle you to a refund except as stated in the Refund Policy or required by law.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if we believe you violated these Terms, created legal or safety risk, misused real-person likeness features, attempted to bypass safety systems, caused payment risk, or used the Services in a way that could harm CorinoAI, users, providers, or third parties. You may stop using the Services at any time.

12. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CorinoAI, its founder, affiliates, service providers, and personnel from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, penalties, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your Inputs, Outputs, use of the Services, publication or sharing of generated content, violation of these Terms, or violation of another person's rights.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CORINOAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR CLAIMS ARISING FROM USER CONTENT, AI OUTPUTS, REAL-PERSON LIKENESS, THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS, OR YOUR USE OR SHARING OF OUTPUTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID TO CORINOAI IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR INR 5,000 IF YOU PAID NO FEES, UNLESS APPLICABLE LAW REQUIRES OTHERWISE.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise. Courts located in India will have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.

16. General Terms

These Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Usage Limits & Fair Use Policy form the entire agreement between you and CorinoAI regarding the Services. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and, where appropriate, notifying you. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms means you accept the updated Terms.
