CorinoAI respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and protect information when you use our websites, applications, AI chat, image generation, file tools, search features, and related services (the "Services").

1. Information We Collect

We collect information needed to operate, secure, and improve the Services, including:

  • Account Data: Name, email address, password hash, email verification status, avatar or profile information, plan, subscription status, support messages, and account settings.
  • User Content: Prompts, chat messages, uploaded files, images, screenshots, generated images, generated files, search queries, feedback, memory items you save or ask the AI to remember, and other content you submit or receive.
  • Real-person and likeness content: If you upload or request images of people, your prompts, reference images, generated images, and related metadata may include names, faces, likenesses, or other personal information about you or third parties.
  • Usage and Technical Data: IP address, device and browser information, session identifiers, cookies or similar technologies, pages viewed, feature usage, model selected, token counts, safety events, error logs, abuse signals, timestamps, and API usage logs.
  • Billing Data: Plan, transaction status, invoices, payment method metadata, billing address, tax information, and payment processor identifiers. We do not intentionally store full card numbers on our servers.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide AI chat, image generation, file processing, search-assisted answers, saved memories, account access, and support.
  • Process billing, manage subscriptions, enforce usage limits, and prevent fraud or payment abuse.
  • Secure the Services, detect misuse, investigate reports, enforce our Terms, and protect users, third parties, providers, and CorinoAI.
  • Debug errors, improve reliability, measure performance, and understand which features are useful.
  • Communicate with you about your account, security, policy updates, support requests, and service changes.
  • Comply with legal obligations, lawful requests, provider requirements, and dispute-resolution needs.

3. AI Providers and Third-Party Processing

CorinoAI uses third-party providers to operate the Services. These may include Google Gemini, Google AI, Vertex AI, search providers, email providers, hosting providers, storage providers, analytics/security tools, and payment processors.

When you use AI features, your Inputs and relevant context may be sent to AI providers so they can generate Outputs, apply safety systems, provide search grounding, debug issues, and monitor abuse. Provider processing may occur in countries outside your country of residence.

Where we use paid AI provider APIs or cloud services, we use provider configurations intended for application and business use. Some providers state that paid API prompts and responses are not used to improve their products, while retaining limited logs for safety, abuse monitoring, debugging, or legal reasons. Provider practices can vary by feature, region, account type, and whether a service is paid or unpaid.

4. Training and Improvement

We do not use your private User Content to train CorinoAI foundation models unless you expressly opt in or we have a separate written agreement with you.

We may use aggregated, de-identified, or statistical information to understand usage, improve reliability, plan capacity, and prevent abuse. We may also use your direct feedback, bug reports, and support messages to improve the Services.

5. Images of People and Third-Party Personal Data

If you upload or generate content involving real people, you are responsible for having the necessary rights, consents, releases, or other lawful basis to provide that content to CorinoAI and our providers, and to use any resulting Outputs. Please do not upload private, sensitive, intimate, or identifying information about another person unless you are legally allowed to do so.

We may review, restrict, remove, or preserve content involving real-person likenesses where needed to investigate abuse, comply with law, enforce our Terms, respond to rights-holder complaints, or protect safety.

6. Content Review, Abuse Monitoring, and Safety

We may use automated systems and, where necessary, human review to detect policy violations, harmful content, fraudulent activity, technical abuse, or security issues. This may include reviewing reported conversations, prompts, Outputs, uploaded files, image generations, account metadata, and usage logs.

We do not monitor every prompt or Output manually. However, no generated content should be treated as private from all operational review, because support, safety, provider processing, legal compliance, and abuse prevention may require limited access.

7. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain your account history, enforce limits, resolve disputes, comply with law, prevent abuse, and operate backups. You may delete conversations or account information where the product allows it, and you may contact us for deletion requests.

Some information may remain for a limited time in backups, logs, audit records, security systems, provider systems, or records we must keep for legal, tax, payment, anti-fraud, or dispute reasons. If your account is suspended or investigated for abuse, we may retain relevant records for longer where reasonably necessary.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections, password hashing, access controls, and encryption for stored conversation content where supported by the product architecture. No internet service is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or service disruption will never occur.

9. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for login sessions, security, preferences, performance, and basic service operation. Some third-party providers may use their own technologies when you interact with payment, authentication, embedded, or linked services.

10. Sharing Information

We may share information with:

  • AI, search, hosting, storage, email, security, analytics, and payment providers that help us operate the Services.
  • Law enforcement, regulators, courts, or other parties when required by law or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or prevent abuse.
  • Professional advisors, auditors, insurers, or service providers under confidentiality or similar obligations.
  • Successors in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate protections.

We do not sell your private conversations or uploaded files.

11. Children and Minors

You must be at least 13 years old to use CorinoAI. If you are under 18, you may use the Services only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Certain AI provider features may require users or applications to meet higher age requirements, and we may restrict access accordingly.

12. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, update, delete, export, or restrict processing of personal data, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, object to certain processing, and submit a grievance. You can manage some information in your dashboard or contact us at support@corino.ai.

We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. We may decline or limit a request where permitted by law, including where data is needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, disputes, abuse investigation, or another user's rights.

13. International Transfers

CorinoAI is operated from India and uses service providers that may process information in India, the United States, the European Economic Area, and other countries. These countries may have privacy laws different from yours. We use reasonable safeguards where required for international transfers.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our Services, providers, laws, or practices change. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
